WF-CY10 Oilfield-Specific Oxygen Scavenger is a reductive aqueous solution. Its core active ingredient is special sodium salt, compounded with stabilizers and corrosion inhibitor additives. This product rapidly undergoes irreversible reduction reactions with dissolved oxygen in formation
produced water and reinjection water to eliminate dissolved oxygen in water, thereby inhibiting oxygen corrosion of pipelines, downhole tubulars and storage tanks. It is applicable to oilfield water injection, gathering and transmission pipelines, produced water reinjection and downhole operation
fluid systems. Featuring high salinity tolerance, medium-low temperature resistance and excellent compatibility, it can be dosed simultaneously with scale inhibitors, biocides and corrosion inhibitors.

4. Method of application
Dosing Points: Incoming pipelines of oilfield water injection stations, front ends of gathering pipelines, wastewater reinjection pipelines and liquid mixing tanks.
Dosing Method: Continuous quantitative dosing via metering pumps; intermittent shock dosing is applicable to small oilfield blocks.
Recommended Dosage: Dose 6–9 ppm of this product per 1 ppm dissolved oxygen. The routine dosage for general oilfield wastewater is 0.005%–0.08%, which can be increased to 0.2% for produced water with high oxygen content. Fine-tune the dosage according to on-site dissolved
oxygen test data during application.
5. Packaging, storage and precautions
Packaging Specifications: 25kg plastic drums, 200kg PE plastic drums and 1000kg IBC totes. Customized packages are available upon negotiation.
Storage Conditions: Store in a cool, ventilated warehouse with sealed packaging away from light. Avoid direct sunlight and high temperature. Do not store together with strong acids and oxidants.
Shelf Life: 12 months when hermetically sealed and stored at ambient temperature.
6. Safety
Avoid contact with eyes and respiratory system. In case of accidental contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water. In case of serious condition, seek medical advice immediately.
