1. Product description

WF-SJ480 Biocide is a broad-spectrum and high-efficiency industrial biocide based on DBNPA. It is a fast-acting non-oxidizing biocide used in industrial water systems to control the growth of microorganisms, fungi, yeasts and algae. It has good compatibility with conventional water treatment chemicals and is compatible with common reverse osmosis membranes. This product exhibits excellent inhibitory and biocidal effects against sulfate-reducing bacteria, saprophytic bacteria and slime-forming bacteria. It can be applied in reverse osmosis membrane systems to inhibit microbial growth and slime formation on membrane surfaces. This product is non-persistent in the environment and readily biodegradable when diluted to low concentrations. 2. Product Characteristics

4. Method of application

WF-SJ480 Biocide shall be continuously dosed into the inlet water via a metering pump during operation at 400 ppm. The dosing cycle is once every two weeks with a duration of 30 minutes each time. This method allows continuous production of desalinated water yet consumes a relatively large volume of biocide. The optimal dosage shall be determined by the customer through field tests according to actual operating conditions.

5. Packaging, storage and precautions Packaging: 25kg, 200kg ,1000kg or customized packaging upon negotiation. Store in a cool, sealed and dark place; avoid prolonged exposure to extremely hot or cold environments. The shelf life of the product is 1 year.

6. Safety

Avoid contact with eyes and respiratory system. In case of accidental contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water. In case of serious condition, seek medical advice immediately.
