The design of the 65 series curtain wall profiles has the following characteristics:
1. In the curtain wall construction project, the fluorocarbon coating will be directly bonded to the structural adhesive. Although the use of discontinuous glands (short glands) can reduce costs, problems such as uneven glass and inability to form isobaric cavity will occur.
3. The connecting parts between beams and columns are connected at two points. The curtain wall beams often have the phenomenon of "drooping heads". The reasons may be: (1) The bearing capacity of the beams does not meet the requirements; (2) The connection between the beams and columns is relatively weak. For example, the connecting parts between the beams and columns are connected by two bolts (nails). Due to their poor torsion resistance, the curtain wall beams are twisted.
4. The opening cavity is not equipped with a heat-tight wire. The heat-tight wire is widely used in the design of energy-saving aluminum alloy windows, but it is rarely used in the opening cavity of the building curtain wall, resulting in low energy-saving effect in the opening part of the curtain wall.
